클린룸의 규격

클린룸에 관한 규격은 KS 규격에 있지만 미연방규격 (U.S. Federal Standard 209) 이 가장 널리 이용되고 있다. Though Clean Room Standard is well defind in K.S, the universally used one is Fed. Std. 209. 공기 청정도는 0.5㎛ 이상 입자가 1ft³중에 몇개 포함되어 있는 가에 따라 클래스로 표시되고 아래 그림모양으로 표시된다. The Cleanliness Level is defined as the number of particles equal to and greater than 0.5㎛ is measured in one cubic foot of air and this count is used to clasify the room.
